An interactive installation offered attendees a rare opportunity to explore light, colour, and sound as integrative tools for wellness and architectural transformation. Participants were invited to engage creatively, using light as both an artistic medium and a therapeutic device, while sound and colour deepened the immersive experience. The collaboration between AWA Lighting Designers, SOULSARA and The Art of Place has illuminated a path toward creating environments where science and art converge to elevate human experiences.

NYC-based architect and lighting scientist Abhay Wadhwa, the founder of AWA Lighting Designers & SOULSARA has spent the last 15 years of his career developing modalities of wellness that help people be the best version of themselves.

Ukraine-born Daria Dorosh is an artist, researcher, and educator working in the fields of art, fashion, and technology. Since founding her studio five decades ago, The Art of Place in NYC, she has produced a diverse body of work including painting, photography, sculpture, public art, digital prints, wearable art, and interactive installations.

The collaboration between these entities has produced a groundbreaking installation that is seen to redefine the boundaries of wellness and design – which was on display at the A.I.R. Gallery in Brooklyn. This immersive experience leveraged the scientifically proven modalities of light, colour, and sound to create a transformative environment that engaged the senses, elevated perceptions, and fostered mind-body harmony.
